Earth Day Litter Pilgrimage

During this Easter season, we celebrate the new life of resurrection. In his encyclical letter ‘Laudato Si’, Pope Francis invites us to examine our actions that have caused ruptures in our relationship with God’s creation. We recognize that as an Easter people, we are called to restore our relationships with God the creator, with our sisters and brothers in our one human family, and with all of God’s creatures dwelling within our common home.  To truly live as people who celebrate life and resurrection, we know we must carve out time to renew, repair, and restore these sacred relationships.

Please join our Earth Day Litter Pilgrimage in celebration of the Easter season on Saturday, April 23, 10am-12noon. Meet at the Cleveland Lakefront Bikeway kiosk at W. 49th St. and Herman Ave.  We will prayerfully pick up trash and recycling.   Bags, gloves and instructions will be provided.  Click HERE for more info. This is a family-friendly event! Creation.Care@stpatrickbridge.org
