Welcome to the website of St. Patrick Parish (Bridge Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio) (“St Patrick” or “us” in this policy). This privacy policy provides an overview of our privacy practices. It applies to all St. Patrick operated websites (the “site”) and St. Patrick online applications that link to this privacy policy (collectively, “our services”).
1. Information we may collect and how it is collected
Information you provide to us. In order to use most aspects of the site, you are not required to provide any information about yourself. However, we may ask or require you to provide certain information, such as your name, address, phone number(s), and e-mail address, if you choose to register with St. Patrick, request information, contribute content to the site, get involved in St. Patrick ministries, or make a donation. We also may collect information from you on the site or online about your volunteer activities for the use in publishing schedules, calendars and plans.

We generally will not share the information that we collect about you with third parties. However, we may share this information with third parties in these limited circumstances:

- with affiliated entities such as the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland or Catholic Community Foundation.
- with our authorized service providers that perform certain functions or services on our behalf (such as to host or operate the site or our other services, to operate our online donation features, to manage our databases, and to conduct analyses of site usage);
- to respond to legal process, in response to a request for cooperation from law enforcement or another government agency, to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities or suspected fraud, or to protect our rights or the rights of others;

4. Children’s privacy
Our website, social media pages, and other online services are not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information on our site from children under 13. We may, of course, obtain information about children under 13 from such children’s parents or legal guardians in the course of other parish activities. Should we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information through our site, we will delete that information from our database.
