This weekend, February 6 & 7, parishes celebrate World Day of Prayer for Consecrated Life. Please pray for our consecrated sisters and brothers as they continue to bear joyful witness by their lives. We thank God for fellow parishioner Sister Mary O’Grady, a member of the Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine (CSA), and Fr. Daniel Reim, Society of Jesus (SJ), who celebrates Mass with us on weekends. Let us remember all those women and men in consecrated life who are—or have been—part of our parish community.
We also take this opportunity to pray for our young parishioners as they discover God’s call for them. May their hearts and minds be open to serve as religious sisters and brothers.
