Dear Parishioners and Friends of Saint Patrick Parish,
As we prepare to celebrate our Patronal Feast this Wednesday we do so with our normal festivities being substantially curbed due to the challenges of the pandemic. However, given the fact that we’re even able to have folks assemble together for Mass for our feast day is progress. Recall that our last public Mass together was one year ago before the world literally shut down. Aware of the many hardships, losses, and psychological and spiritual challenges we continue to encounter, we have much to celebrate. May our hearts be filled with gratitude for the many blessings evident throughout the past year. Filled with hope that our gatherings – as family, friends, parish community – will resume in person, may we continue to patiently endure these many challenges as Covid-19 slowly fades into a memory and we gradually emerge from this painful chapter.
Through the intercession of Saint Patrick, may you and your loved ones enjoy special blessings as we give thanks to the Lord for all that he continues to do for us!
