A Tenebrae Service of Shadows and Light will be held Monday, April 11 at 7:00pm at St. Malachi Church.
Tenebrae is a Holy Week devotion which dates back to the 7th or 8th century and is characterized by scripture, hymns and the successive extinguishing of candles as the service progresses. This beautiful prayer has become a longstanding collaboration of the Catholic churches of our Central West District.
St. Malachi Church is located at the corner of West 25th and Detroit, Cleveland. There is a parking lot, street parking and the church building is is accessible with a ramp at the West 25th street entrance.
